CIS developed a customised and fully managed program offering clients access to some of the best IT Graduates available. This program offers a dynamic and flexible structure for our clients to ensure that this venture is a value-add offering to all involved.

Our program provides clients with options and choices never before seen in legacy programs. The program allows organisations to offer real and meaningful opportunities to the young individuals involved whilst building diversely skilled teams for the future.

Our program has a skeleton structure that allows clients to build and create maximum value to projects and teams within their IT departments. It can be tailored to suit any industry sector and has the flexibility to fill role requirements at all entry levels. Ultimately, offering CIS’ clients access to qualified, enthusiastic and customer service focused IT talent ready to step in to junior roles. During the program CIS provide ongoing consultation to ensure continuous ‘best fit’ placement for both our corporate client and the graduates. As part of this ongoing management we offer the following:

• Coaching services from qualified HR coordinators ensure individuals are at their most effective throughout their placement.
• Ongoing mentoring with IT specialists from the CIS “A-Team” consulting group, adding a new layer of external support in comparison to other legacy programs.
• Ongoing training and certification provided by CIS throughout the program ensures a value-add to every placement.
• Training is aligned to the clients’ business requirements and also the individuals’ skill set gaps – i.e. CISCO, MICROSOFT, ITIL.
• Measurable service levels set by clients with CIS to ensure the quality of service.
